As fall approaches, Carasco Photography is getting very excited about its second annual Brides, Bubbles and Bliss event taking place on February 2, 2011 at Gallery 1028! Art-driven, fashion centered brides and grooms will have the chance to mingle with the best of the wedding industry and be inspired about their wedding day possibilities. The highlights of this avant garde bridal soiree include culinary delights by Calihan Catering, a bubbles bar, luxurious decor by Studio AG, music by Style Matters DJs, lux swag bags filled with gifts and incentives, and a runway show by Vera Wang Chicago and Belle Vie Bridal Couture.
Carasco Photography recently collaborated on a fashion bridal shoot with a talented team of professionals that are all part of Brides, Bubbles and Bliss 2011. Gowns were provided by Belle Vie Bridal Couture and Vera Wang Chicago, styling by Jessi Sheehan and Heidi Kotilinek, hair and makeup by the talented Sonia Roselli team, and the videos were created by Ben Mahoney of Ben Mahoney Productions.

LESLIE & PATRICK | ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Long-time friends, Leslie and Patrick are tying the knot later this year at Trump Towers. I look forward to seeing how Kehoe Designs translates their creative vision into reality at their wedding this fall. The couple has a modern sensibility that we wanted to capture so we decided to take them around the downtown area one Sunday evening. Here are few of our favorite shots from their session:

Julia and Peter had two separate ceremonies for their wedding day: a modified tea ceremony and a traditional ceremony at the Sofitel. Sonia Roselli and her associate, Claudia styled Julia out early in the morning at her mother’s home for the first ceremony. Scott and I absolutely love documenting tea ceremonies and all of the family interaction and emotion.
Kehoe Designs did a phenomenal job transforming the ballroom for both the ceremony and reception. Later in the evening, Peter surprised Julia by performing a little set and playing the electric guitar she bought him when they were dating.
