Jennifer and Josh recently held their ceremony at the Bond Chapel on the beautiful University of Chicago Campus in Hyde Park. Scott and I lived in the neighborhood for many years and were really excited about the opportunity to photograph around the area–especially the historical campus.

We were invited by Christina Mendoza of You’ll Say I Do to be a part of Classic Elegance, Morton’s Wedding Celebration in the loop last month. Some of the participants included Anthos Fresh Flowers and Gifts, Baltic Studios Calligraphy, Mojuba Wedding, Designlab Chicago, Katherine Anne Confections, Vanille Patisserie, Monastero Entertainment, Sami Michael Films, Asili Chi Salon, Vanessa’s Modern Bride, Hall’s Rental, BBJ Linens and Black Tie Formal Wear.
We worked with Christina at a recent wedding at the Chicago History Museum and remarked at her attention to detail and utmost consideration for the clients and vendors involved in making the wedding day a success.

We will be collaborating with Giselle Chicago again later this month on another fashion bridal shoot at The Wit. You may have seen images from our last shoot with Giselle on our blog along with a featured image in I Do Films‘ ad in the September Anniversary Issue of Chicago Social Magazine.
The talented Giselle Ghofrani, the designer mastermind behind Giselle Chicago (a branch of the Dress Doctor, exclusive tailor for Vera Wang Chicago and Belle Vie) has created another sophisticated gown called the Mariam. After our last collaboration and seeing the sketch created by her colleague (Sara E. Cummins), I knew that this gown was going to be amazing.
