We met Krista & Chris around the Merchandise Mart for their engagement session. They are so funny, cute, and interesting.
Although the weather didn’t cooperate much, they were up for anything and didn’t mind the rain. As they told us more about their wedding day, we could tell that it was going to be a really good time.

April showers bring May flowers…
We met Mark and Katrin in Lincoln Park for some formal portraits before the ceremony. This is always a great option as it gives the couple stress free time for portraits without the post-ceremony distractions.
The rain is simply not letting up this month, but we made the most of it and headed to the Lincoln Park Conservatory for portraits. We thought we could escape the rain–however, the leaks in the ceiling caused sporadic rain drops throughout the conservatory. Fortunately, we were able to get some nice shots despite the weather.
We really enjoyed the University Club’s architecture.

After Elly & Joe’s engagement shoot, we knew that they would be a lot of fun to work with. We loved their dynamic!
We had the opportunity to work with Paul and Giselle, husband wife videography team (KMS Films). They were so personable and did an awesome job covering the day.
We took them to an abandoned house in Glenview for bridal party shots.
