We met Joanna & Wyl in Madison, Wisconsin for their engagement session. We started at the Capital Rotunda for formal images which worked out nicely so that Joanna & Wyl could change clothes before heading to the Thai Pavilion at the Olbrich Gardens.
Joanna is such a natural in front of the camera.

Since Jenica and Jeff are such a stylish couple, we wanted to take an especially editorial/industrial approach to their engagement shoot. From the Kedzie bridge to Buddha Bar, these two were perfect models.
We even got to enjoy some nice ‘artwork’ during the shoot : )
PORTLAND, OREGON TRIP
Scott and I took a little ’spring break’ to visit our friend Pat before the wedding season peak. He’s been trying to talk us into moving to Portland for a while…and after our visit, we can see what he likes about the city he refers to as “Evanston on steriods.” It’s very easy going, environmentally conscious and the food…we didn’t have one bad meal while we were there.
