The Challenge:
- Capturing content in a different time zone that the social media roll out.
- Maintaining high quality coverage from morning to evening (15 hours) without burning out the team.
- Continuous event capture needed with a venue change in between combined with a need for real-time social media content from morning and afternoon sessions.
Our Solution 💡:
- Onsite File Manager that doubled as a producer and content creator so that there were no details missed (like empty room shots with branding elements) and allowing real time social media edits.
- Switch out team with an assigned producer to ensure cohesive coverage from day to night.
- One centralized event manager to ensure that all client requests are streamlined and communicated to the team so each person could focus on documenting authentic moments.
While it would have been more profitable for us to have one photographer and one videographer only we layered the coverage so that we had an onsite file manager that could fill in with photography during the day when needed – and transitioned into part of the reception with the help of a night team to cover the receptions so that the client didn’t have exhausted photographers and videographers dragging throughout the event.
The end result was a high quality photo gallery and video delivered not on time – but early and the client expressed that the coverage truly supported what they brought to life.
