Impossible Things Before Breakfast

Yes Bad Days: Befriending Unhealthy Coping Mechanisms

Oct 6, 2020

“Make peace with yourself before you can love another
Understand who and what you are before you can go any further.
You can lie all you wanna
But one day you’re gonna,
Gonna breakdown, breakdown and let it all out.”

-Teddy Pendergrass

Many of us feel the pressure to make the best use of every moment during COVID “downtime” and bury negative thoughts in productivity. Here I will discuss reparenting methods that allow us to address what is causing a symptom rather than getting rid of it.
