After we met with Dalia and Aziz, we were very excited to see their wedding vision come to life. Dalia’s eyes light up as she describes the decor elements, “Metallic gold, black and Gatsby. I cannot wait!”
Their love story is absolutely adorable. When Aziz met Dalia through a mutual friend, he asks,“When are we getting married?” Dalia laughed it off as she, at the time, had her sights on someone else. Eventually Aziz’s charm won her heart. Three years later, Dalia is surprised with a gorgeous engagement ring on her dog, Tato’s tail.
Their modern Islamic ceremony was held at the Waldorf Astoria which is the bride’s favorite hotel in Chicago. Ivory calla lilies, orchids and peonies filled the ballroom as the couple danced the night away to the beats of Awtar DJs.
