Surround yourself with positivity: Because our minds and energy can be absorbent, it is important to \u201crecharge\u201d by surrounding ourselves by positive energy and <\/span><\/i><\/b><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">deshedding<\/span><\/i><\/b><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0the energy you do not need.<\/span><\/i><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0If your occupation is stressful, it is more difficult to avoid negative energy entirely. Create Positive Energy:<\/span><\/i><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Many of us are staying home far more than we are used to so it is easy to assume that energy can become stagnant in our living spaces.
